- Operating Temperature: fixed at +5°C
Uncrating/Unpacking
Unpacking process for foam wrapped or boxed

In most cases, the refrigerator will be delivered foam-wrapped and on its castors via sensitive freight (Fig 1). The 145 and 200 models will be delivered in a box on a skid (Fig 2).
- The refrigerator may be delivered to remote areas in a crate. To remove the crate packaging, unscrew both the left and right sides. A forklift is required to remove the refrigerator from the crate.

Moving

- Ensure that the refrigerator is rolled on an even and flat surface. Uneven surfaces can cause the refrigerator to fall over.
IMPORTANT
Refrigerators are 'Top Heavy'. Do not move the cabinet too quickly. (Fig 3 & 4)

Operating Environment
Refrigerator Location
- Place the refrigerator away from direct sunlight and heat sources (e.g., heaters).
- Ensure the room's ambient temperature does not exceed the refrigerator's operational limits.
- Refrigerators should be stored inside at all times. Failure to adhere to this could cause significant drops in cabinet performance and damage to items stored inside.
Environmental Conditions
Condition | Temperature | Humidity |
Extreme Operating Environment | 10°C to 32°C | Up to 85% RH |
Optimal Environment | 23°C (±2.0°C) | 50% RH (±5% RH) |
Bench Top Location
- Only the TPR-145-GD/SD model can be placed on a bench or plinth, as the other models are too large.
- Under no circumstances should any refrigerators be stacked on top of each other (Fig. 2).
- Thermoline 145 refrigerators are equipped with adjustable feet in case of uneven surfaces.
Electrical Connections
All refrigerators require a 10amp, 230V, 50Hz power supply
Important Notes
- Always use a dedicated outlet for the refrigerator.
- Do not use power boards or extension cords to connect the refrigerator.
Electrical Conditions
- All refrigerators include a 2.5m removable mains power lead with a three-pin plug.
- Ensure the product is reasonably distanced from the power supply to prevent strain on the lead.
Operating Environment Warnings
- Refrigerators should be stored inside at all times. Failure to adhere to this could cause significant drops in cabinet performance and damage to items stored inside.
- Refrigerators are not suitable for use with flammable solvents! They are fitted with components that may be the source of ignition.
BMS Output
Vaccine Fridges are fitted with a 3-pin socket for connection to a building monitoring system or phone dialler. A separate plug is provided to connect the socket to your system.
