Problem: Error code 'Err 1 Sht' is showing.

Cause:

  • Temperature sensor 1 short-circuit

Fix:

  • Check the temperature sensor 1 or the motherboard for a short circuit fault.

Problem: Error code 'Err 2 OPn' is showing.

Cause:

  • Temperature sensor 1 open-circuit

Fix:

  • Check if the sensor 1 is well connected.

Problem: Error code 'Err 3 Sht' is showing.

Cause:

  • Temperature sensor 2 short-circuit

Fix:

  • Check the temperature sensor 1 or the motherboard for a short circuit fault.

Problem: Error code 'Err 4 OPn' is showing.

Cause:

  • Temperature sensor 2 open-circuit

Fix:

  • Check if the sensor 2 is well connected.

Problem: Error code 'Err 5 drY' is showing.

Cause:

  • Dry-start alarm, no water in the chamber or the water level is below the minimum

Fix:

  • Switch the bath off and refill the bath with water.

Problem: Error code 'Err 6 OtP' is showing.

Cause:

  • Over-Temperature Alarm
    • The initial water temperature is above the OtP value
    • The OtP setting value is too low

Fix:

  • Let water cool.
  • Reset the OtP value.

Problem: Error code 'Err 7 rOn' is showing.

Cause:

  • Temperature sensors malfunction

Fix:

  • Contact supplier or manufacturer.

Problem: Error code 'Err 8 Out' is showing.

Cause:

  • Calibration temperature not within the required range

Fix:

  • Check if the low calibration point or high calibration point is within the required range.
  • Check if the temperature difference between the one measured by a thermometer and the one measured on the water bath is more than 10°C (if it is, there is an issue on the temperature probe on the water bath.
