Problem: Oven Temperature does not match the controller readout

• Cause:

  1. Sensor Issue: The temperature sensor inside the oven may not be properly calibrated or functioning correctly. If the offset is greater than 5°C, the sensor may need replacing.
  2. Offset Issue: The controller's offset may have been inadvertently adjusted, causing the discrepancy.

• Fix:

  1. Replace the oven sensor if necessary. Contact a technician to assist with replacement and calibration.
  2. Check and adjust the offset in the controller by selecting "iNS" (Input Shift) and following the calibration instructions.

Part Number: 40716 - PT100 Sensor

Problem: The "ALM" light is illuminated on the controller and the PV is reading far higher than usual

• Cause:
  The temperature offset has likely been inadvertently adjusted.

• Fix:
  Follow the sensor calibration instructions to reset the "iNS" (Input Shift) value back to zero.

There is no air flow in the oven

• Cause:
  The internal fan may have failed, limiting air circulation within the oven.

• Fix:
  Replace the internal fan to restore air circulation.

Problem: The word "Stop" is showing on the controller

• Cause:
  The controller is in the "STOP" mode, preventing normal operation.

• Fix:

  1. Press the "PAGE" and "SCROLL" buttons simultaneously until "oAPt" appears on the screen.
  2. Press the "SCROLL" button to select the parameter "PMSK."
  3. Press "DOWN" to turn it off.
  4. Navigate back to the main menu using the "PAGE" and "SCROLL" buttons.
  5. Press "SCROLL" until "R-S" appears on the screen.
  6. Use the "DOWN" button to change "STOP" to "RUN."
  7. Follow these steps again to ensure "PMSK" is turned back on.

  Note: Ensure no other parameters are changed during this process to avoid additional issues.

Problem: Purge light out (TD-AS1681 only)

• Cause:
  The pressure differential has tripped due to abrupt door closing, blockage in the inlet or outlet port, or failure of the fan motors.

• Fix:

  1. When closing the doors, do so gently to avoid creating an unnecessary pressure differential.
  2. Inspect the inlet and outlet ports for any blockages and clear them as needed.
  3. Check the fan motors and replace them if they have failed.
