Problem: Shaker won't start

Cause:

  • Not plugged into power correctly or faulty power point

Fix:

  • Check the power connection and supply.

Problem: Excessive noise

Cause:

  • External or internal rubbing of the carriage 

Fix:

  • Check for clearance around the carriage. 

Problem: Excessive heat in the base of the case. 

Cause:

  • Fan motor blocked or broken. 

Fix:

  • Ensure vents are clear.
  • Check the fan motor. 

Problem: Power is turned on but the carriage does not move. 

Cause:

  • Connecting rod damaged.
  • Faulty motor. 

Fix:

  • Inspect the connecting rod.
  • Check the motor.
