Problem: Temperature of the freezer is running warmer than expected. 

Causes:

  • The condenser may be dirty or blocked.
  • Recently added items may be affecting the internal temperature.
  • Air flow may be blocked.
  • Incorrect offset.

Fix:

  • Clean condenser as described within manual. 
  • If new samples have been added, allow about an hour to see if the temperature stabilises and comes down.
  • Ensure the stock is evenly distributed.
  • Air temperature offset may require to be adjusted.

Problem: PoF is shown on the Dixell Controller.  

Cause:

  • The message "PoF" indicates that the controller is locked.

Fix:

  • Press the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously until PoN appears.

Problem: HA2 alarm displayed on the controller.

Cause:

  • The HA2 alarm is often a nuisance alarm triggered by minor fluctuations.
  • The internal temperature may be too high.
  • A faulty temperature sensor could be causing inaccurate readings.

Fix:

  • Adjust the HA2 alarm settings if it is determined to be a nuisance alarm.
  • Check the internal temperature and ensure the refrigerator is operating correctly.
  • Inspect the temperature sensor.

Problem:  LA2 alarm displayed on the controller.

Cause:

  • Insufficient airflow inside the refrigerator.
  • Unevenly distributed items, causing temperature inconsistencies.

Fix:

  • Ensure proper airflow by not overloading the refrigerator.
  • Evenly distribute drugs and other stored items to allow consistent cooling.

Problem: Condensation on the outside of the door. 

Cause: 

  • Ambient Humidity is too high. 

Fix:

  • Reduce ambient humidity by improving ventilation or using an air conditioner or dehumidifier in the room.
