Cause:

  • The water level is below the ‘MIN’ marker.
  • The water level is above the ‘MAX’ marker.

Fix:

  1. Turn off the heater circulator.
  2. Check the water level and ensure it is between the ‘MIN’ and ‘MAX’ marks on the unit.
  3. Adjust the water level as needed before turning the circulator back on.

Problem: The Display Screen Reads Error Code: E02

Cause:

  • The heating element may have failed.
  • There may be an issue with the internal wiring.
  • The temperature sensor could be malfunctioning.

Fix:

  1. Contact a qualified service technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

Problem: The Word "CLEAN" Is Displayed on the Touch Screen

Cause:

  • The heater circulator has been operating for more than 20 cycles or 100 hours, triggering the cleaning reminder.

Fix:

  2. Follow the cleaning instructions to maintain the unit's performance.

Problem: "LP" Is Displayed on the Touch Screen

Cause:

  • Loss of power has occurred.

Fix:

  1. Cycle the power at the General Power Outlet (GPO).
  2. Wait for 10 seconds, then turn the unit back on.
