Problem: Oven Temperature does not match the controller readout
-
Cause:
- Sensor Issue: The temperature sensor inside the oven may not be properly calibrated or functioning correctly. If the offset is greater than 5°C, the sensor may need replacing.
- Offset Issue: The controller's offset may have been inadvertently adjusted, causing the discrepancy.
-
Fix:
- Replace the oven sensor if necessary. Contact a technician to assist with replacement and calibration.
- Check and adjust the offset in the controller by selecting "iNS" (Input Shift) and following the calibration instructions.

- Press the "SCROLL" button to select the parameter "PMSK."
- Press "DOWN" to turn it off.
- Navigate back to the main menu using the "PAGE" and "SCROLL" buttons.
- Press "SCROLL" until "R-S" appears on the screen.
- Use the "DOWN" button to change "STOP" to "RUN."

Note: Ensure no other parameters are changed during this process to avoid additional issues.
Problem: The lever latch door will not close (latch too tight) or does not close firmly (latch too loose)
- Cause: The strike position may need adjustment.
- Fix:
- If the latch is overly tight, move the strike forward (away from the cabinet).
- If the latch feels loose, move the strike backward (towards the cabinet).
- Loosen the Phillips screw at the bottom of the strike to adjust. Use the grooved surface to secure the position once tightened.
- Make small adjustments (one groove at a time) until the latch fits correctly.
