Problem: Temperature of the freezer is running hotter than expected. 

Causes:

• The condenser may be dirty or blocked.
• Recently added items may be affecting the internal temperature.

Fix:

• Clean condenser as described within manual. 
• If new samples have been added, allow about an hour to see if the temperature stabilises and comes down.

Problem: PoF is shown on the Dixell Controller.  

Cause:

• The message "PoF" indicates that the controller is locked.

Fix:

• Press the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously until PoN appears.

Problem: The buttons on the controller are damaged, and the controller does not respond, even though the display is working.

Cause: 

• Faceplate is damaged.

Fix:

• Replace the faceplate.
