Pre-Use Procedure
- Before proceeding, ensure all internal and external packaging, including tape, plastic bags, and foam pieces, has been removed.
- Fit the appropriate accessories, and for the linear/orbital model, select the appropriate mode.
- Plug the supplied lead into the male IEC socket on the rear of the laboratory shaker, then connect the 3-pin plug to a 10Amp General Purpose Outlet.
- Turn the main switch on the side of the shaker to "ON" to power it up. The shaker will perform a self-check. Once initialization is complete, the LED will display the last running values for speed and time.

Running the Shaker
When first turned on, the display shows the previous speed and time.
The shaker can be run with or without the timer.
Running without the timer:
Rotate the speed control knob to set the target speed.- Press the speed control knob to start the shaking function.
- Press the speed control knob again to stop the shaking function.
Running with the timer:
- Press the timer control button to start shaking, then rotate the timer control knob to set the target time.
- Before the countdown is over, shaking can be stopped at any time by pressing the speed control knob.
- If the timer is stopped by pressing the timer control knob, pressing it again will start the shaking and restart the countdown.
- When the timer reaches zero, the unit will stop automatically, and an alert will sound.
Notes:
- Adjust the speed slowly using the speed control knob to ensure smooth operation.
- The speed value can be changed during shaking, and the shaker will adjust to the new setting automatically.
