Temperature Controller

  • Power

    • In standby mode, press the power button to turn the unit on. The current temperature will be displayed.
    • Press the button again to turn the unit off.
    • The fan will automatically stop approximately 30 minutes after entering standby mode.
  • Set Temperature/Time

    • Press once: The Temperature display will flash. Use the Increase/Decrease buttons to set the desired temperature.
    • Press twice: The Time display will flash. Use the Increase/Decrease buttons to set the cooking time.
    • If no settings are selected, the display will flash 10 times and exit the Set Temperature/Time mode.
  • Start/Stop

    • Press Start/Stop to begin operation of the heater circulator.
    • Press Start/Stop again to return the unit to standby mode.
  • Increase

    • Use the "+" button to increase the Temperature and Time settings.
  • Decrease

    • Use the "-" button to decrease the Temperature and Time settings.
  • Set Temperature Unit

    • Press to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.
  • Temperature Display

    • Displays the current temperature of the water bath in real-time.
  • Set Temperature Display

    • Displays the desired operating temperature set by the user.
  • Time Display

    • Before pressing Start/Stop, the display shows the set time.
    • During operation, it shows the remaining time.
  • Heat Indicator

    • The icon flashes when the unit is actively heating.
  • Cleaning Reminder

    • The icon will illuminate after 20 individual cycles or 100 hours of total operating time.
  • Circulation Pump

    • The icon flashes while the pump is circulating water.

 

Operating the Heater Circulator

Set Temperature

  1. Press the Temp/Time button to adjust the temperature.
  2. Use the Increase or Decrease buttons to set the desired temperature.
    • The temperature can be adjusted while the timer is running.
    • Temperature range: up to 95°C, adjustable in 0.1°C increments.
  3. Note: To switch between °C and °F, press the Set Temperature Unit button.

Set Time

  1. After setting the temperature, press the Temp/Time button again to switch to the time setting mode.
  2. Use the Increase or Decrease buttons to set the desired time.
    • Time range: 5 minutes to 99 hours and 59 minutes.

Start/Stop

  1. To begin operation, press Start/Stop.

    • The heater circulator will preheat the water to the set temperature.
  2. Once the desired temperature is reached:

    • An audible beep will signal that preheating is complete, and the timer will start counting down.
  3. When the timer finishes:

    • The unit will emit an audible beep every 60 seconds.
    • The heater circulator will continue to maintain the set temperature and circulate the water.
  4. Press Start/Stop again to return the unit to standby mode.
