Reading the Minimum, Maximum temperature and Resetting a JL-519 Controller
TEMPERATURE LOGGING:
The digital temperature control has a feature that allows the operator to log or record the maximum and minimum temperatures attained by the cabinet over a period of time. These logged temperatures can be viewed and reset on a daily basis by simply pressing a button on the face of the instrument as follows:
The 
button is the button that allows the operator to view the maximum and minimum logged temperatures.
i) Press the 
to view the highest logged temperature.
ii) Press the
again to view the lowest logged temperature.
iii) Press and hold the
for about 5 seconds to reset the logged values back to the current temperature. The display will flash while holding the button, then the buzzer will sound to indicate the values have been reset.
