Change AU2 Parameter
More often than not, the HA2 alarm is a nuisance alarm and we can adjust a parameter in the controller to prevent it from appearing. It can also mean the temperature inside the fridge has gone high, possibly due to a fault like a faulty sensor.
The user will have to check the associated parameters (which you can send them) based on the model and serial number of the fridge. They will only need to adjust one parameter which will probably resolve your HA2 alarm.
To access the parameters in the controller, they should:
1. Enter the program Menu by pressing the SET + DOWN buttons for 3 seconds. The display will show ‘Ot’
2. Release the buttons and then push again the SET + DOWN buttons for 7 seconds. ‘Pr2’ will be displayed, followed by the HY Parameter and so on. You’ll be using the down arrow to cycle through the parameters.
3. Go all the way through to ‘AU2’ which is the 48th parameter you’ll see.
4. When you are at AU2, press SET and change from 10.0 to 30.0 using the UP arrow button. Press SET to Confirm and the new setting will flash to acknowledge. Leave the controller for 5 seconds and it will revert back to the main screen.
This process should only take you a couple of minutes to do this and it’s really quite easy.
